January 2019 - Treada Technology Group matches as a protégé to USmax Corporation for the AFCEA Small Business Committee Mentor Protégé program.

 

The AFCEA Small Business Committee is piloting a Mentor Protégé  program in 2019 for SBC members. The program helps emerging government contracting companies learn industry best practices from successful GovCon AFCEA leaders who server as mentors, and also gain a good perspective on the role AFCEA can play in business development, by leveraging the benefits of AFCEA membership. 

The pilot program which matched a total of 8 mentor/protégé pairings will run through May 2019.

November 2018 - Treada Technology group completes the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Babson College

 

Goldman Sachs sponsors the 10,000 Small Businesses Entrepreneur Program, helping small businesses grow, create jobs and compete successfully in the market. This fall Treada was pleased to have been selected to the very competitive national cohort program held in Boston, MA at Babson College. By its participation, Treada obtained a world class business education, a network of support and access to capital.

October 2018 - Treada Technology group attends Women in Cyber Security event

 

Held during National Cyber Security Awareness month at the International Spy Museum in Washington DC, the 5th annual Women in Cyber Security Reception sponsored by Cyberwire was a great success! It was an inspiring evening of networking and presentations by Cylance and Cyberwire.

October 2018 - Treada Technology group joins AFCEA Small Business Committee

 

Treada was selected by the small business committee for a 3-year seat to represent small businesses and participate in the committee's vision, which is to enhance outreach to the small business community and help cultivate partnerships among government, industry and academic leaders. The committee also provides a focal point for the coordination of AFCEA's small business programs.
